TERMS OF USE OF THE CHILLISALON.CZ WEBSITE

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rules of use of the web portal www.chillisalon.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), operated by the company Thamo alte, s.r.o., with registered office at Hartigova 155/4, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague, ID No.: 07070501, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 294125 (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

The web serves as presentation and booking platform for relaxation and erotic massages and other related services provided in the Chilli premises.

By using the Website, the visitor confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions. Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

The Operator shall not be liable for damages incurred by the User or third parties in connection with the use of the Website, except for the liability provided for by applicable law.

3. Definition of terms

Minor
Person under 18 years of age. The Website is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.

Advertiser
A masseuse or masseur or other person who presents their services through the Website and uses the Chilli premises.

Services provided
Relaxation and erotic massages that are not sexual services or sexual intercourse.

4. Nature of services and position of the Operator

Operator is not a provider of massage or other relaxation or erotic services presented on the Web.

The operator provides in particular:

  • operation of the Website and the reservation system,

  • operating facilities and rental of premises,

  • technical and organisational support for the Chilli brand.

Massage and other services are provided independent personswho use the premises on their own behalf and under their own responsibility.

By making a reservation, the user acknowledges that the contractual relationship regarding the provision of the service arises directly between the user and the person who actually provides the service, not between the user and the Operator.

5. Terms of Use of the Website

The website is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.

The content of the Website may not be copied, distributed or otherwise used without the Operator's consent.

Users must not interfere with the technical operation of the Website, damage its functionality or interfere with its security.

6. Content and presentation of Advertisers

The presentation of persons on the Website is used to inform visitors about the range of services provided on the Chilli premises.

The Operator is not responsible for the truthfulness, timeliness or completeness of the information provided in the profiles of individual Advertisers.

The User is obliged to respect the operating rules of the space and the personal boundaries of the Advertisers.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The Operator reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the Website, the User agrees to the current version of the Terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - SALE OF CHILLI VOUCHERS

1. Introductory provisions

A Chilli Voucher is an electronic document with a unique code that represents financial value intended to pay for services provided on the Chilli premises.

The purchase of a voucher does not purchase a specific service or a specific person providing the service.

2. Voucher validity

Voucher validity is 2 months from date of purchase.

The voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

The voucher is ordered via the Website.

By sending the voucher in PDF format to the buyer's e-mail, the purchase contract is concluded.

The Buyer agrees to the use of electronic means of communication.

4. Price and payment terms

The voucher price includes VAT.

Payment is made cashless via a payment gateway. The obligation is fulfilled by crediting the amount to the Operator's account.

5. Withdrawal from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchasing the voucher if the voucher has not been redeemed.

The right of withdrawal expires after the voucher has been redeemed.

6. Claims

Any complaints regarding the voucher can be made by e-mail info@chillisalon.cz.

Complaints relating to the service itself shall be dealt with in accordance with the status of the person who provided the service.

7. Privacy Policy

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

8. Sending commercial communications and cookies

The User agrees to receive commercial communications by electronic means.

The website uses cookies to ensure functionality and improve user experience.

9. Final Provisions

Legal relations are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.

The invalidity of individual provisions shall not affect the validity of other parts of the document.

The Terms and Conditions are archived in electronic form.
