  • The right to refuse massage in case of a health risk (e.g. cold, infection).

  • Adapting the massage to the individual requirements of the client, as long as it does not endanger health and does not violate the code of ethics.

  • Professional approach, training and respect for the anatomy and physiology of the client.

  • All client information is confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.

  • The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

  • Discretion is key for us - data about massages and personal preferences of clients are protected.

Hygiene and safety

  • The masseuses adhere to the highest hygiene standards and use approved products.

  • The environment is regularly cleaned and disinfected.

  • The rooms and tools are prepared to make the massage safe and comfortable.
